First time visit and the inside didn't look like your average dispensary, I thought I entered thru the wrong door 🤣... I was greeted by the employees with welcoming smiles... Alexis was patient with me and knowledgeable about the deals available from the store and my 1st time visit... will be coming back... FYI, Flower looks spectacular

I renewed my medical card and was told that I could use the email receipt as the card until i receive the new one in the mail. It’s even on the email confirmation in bold text that this receipt could be used as proof of being a cardholder until the new card has arrived. Every other dispensary i’ve ever been to is okay with this and if i remember correctly i’ve even done this in the past at the West Palm Beach location of Surterra. Update: I just left Curaleaf and had no issue whatsoever with the problem the North Palm Beach location of Surterra gave me tonight. Curaleaf looked my Patient ID # up in the database and it shows that my card is renewed and fully capable to dispense my desired order. I’m annoyed this happened because I honestly loved this dispensary. Usually a very quick in and out process since I use to order online and there isn’t too many people in there at once. Also a manager came from the back very nicely and did try to help any way she could towards the end of the first 2 employees rudely saying they could not provide my order. For that reason I’ll give it 2 stars but will continue only using Curaleaf from this point forward.

I went to Surterra for the first time today and it was awesome! Amber helped me and she was absolutely fantastic! She set me up in the system super quick and was very knowledgeable about the products. She helped me get exactly what I needed and made the process so easy! It was also super refreshing to be greeted with a smile! (Doesn’t happen a lot nowadays!) Thank you so much, Amber, for making my first surterra experience so great! Would highly recommend and will be coming back for sure!

I have been there four times now giving them four different chances and every single time I go there to pick up my flower it does not weigh out properly. Every single bag has been short 1 g supposed to be 3.5 and all of them have been 2.5 g when you call and ask them about it they say there’s nothing they can do. They won’t even allow you to weigh in the store to make sure you’re getting what you paid for will not be returning.
